Terms and conditions

These terms apply to quotes and services from PT Rancangsemesta Transportindo ("RST Group", "we"). A signed contract or purchase order with different terms takes precedence over this page.

Quotes

Quotes are based on the route, cargo, weight and volume you give us, and are valid for the period stated on the quote. Changes to any of these may change the rate.

Your cargo information

You must declare the true weight, dimensions and nature of the cargo. We load every unit within its legal limits (JBI on the KIR test book and ODOL rules). If declared details are wrong, we may split the load, change the unit or refuse it, and extra costs, fines or delays are charged to the shipper.

Goods we do not carry

Illegal goods, and dangerous goods without the required permits, packaging and documents.

Pickup and delivery

Schedules are estimates. We share live GPS position and milestone updates, and tell you promptly about delays caused by traffic, weather, inspections or other events outside our control.

Liability and insurance

Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the amount stated in your contract or quote. We recommend cargo insurance for high value goods; we can arrange it on request.

Payment

Invoices are payable within the terms stated on the invoice. Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
