• Shipment details: origin, destination, cargo type, weight, volume and consignee contacts.
• Basic technical data from your browser, such as device type and pages visited.

How we use it

• To prepare quotes, schedule trucks and deliver your cargo.
• To share tracking updates and proof of delivery.
• To issue invoices and meet tax, customs and transport regulations.
• To improve our website and services.

Who we share it with

Only with parties that need it to move your shipment: our drivers and operations staff, partner carriers, warehouse operators, and government agencies such as customs or the Ministry of Transportation when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep shipment and invoicing records for as long as tax and transport regulations require, and contact details for as long as we have a business relationship with you.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing messages, by emailing informasi@rst-indonesia.com.
