Technology

Every truck, live on

FIRST is the fleet platform we built in house. Our control tower uses it to watch every unit around the clock and to send you updates you can act on.

FIRST client portal, illustrative data
  • Live GPS on every unit

Positions from every GPS provider in our fleet land on one map, refreshed around the clock.

  • Geofences and arrival times

Arrivals and departures at depots, ports and customer sites are logged automatically, so delays show up before you ask.

  • Trip milestones and documents

Loading, departure, arrival and delivery papers are kept per trip, ready for your reconciliation.

  • A QR code on every truck

Scan the sticker on any RST unit to see its identity and road permit status.

Compliance

Loaded to the legal limit.
Never past it.

Oversized or overloaded trucks get stopped, unloaded and fined at weigh stations, and your cargo waits. We plan every load against the unit's KIR before it leaves the yard.

  2. Enforcement trial with weigh in motion (WIM) scales and RFID on national and toll roads.

  3. Zero ODOL target nationwide. Our fleet already runs to these limits.

FAQs

Questions shippers
ask us first.

Which truck should I book for my cargo?

Start from weight and volume. Under 4 t or inside the city, a CDD long. Palletised loads up to about 15 t, a tronton wingbox. Bulky long haul, a trailer wingbox. Containers or heavy goods, a container trailer. Send us the details and we will confirm.

What if my cargo is heavier than one truck allows?

We split it across units or move it to a larger type. We do not load past the JBI on a unit's KIR, so your shipment is not stopped at a weigh station.

Which routes do you cover?

We run trucking across Indonesia and connect other islands through sea and air forwarding. Send your origin and destination and we will confirm availability and lead time for that lane.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes. Every unit carries GPS, and our control tower shares live position and milestone updates from pickup to delivery.

Do you clear customs if another company ships my cargo?

Yes. Our PPJK team handles import and export clearance on its own, whether or not we move the cargo.

What do you need from me for a quote?

Origin, destination, cargo type, estimated weight or volume and how often you ship. Send it on WhatsApp or email and we will reply with a written quote.
